- What is the correct format of the TimeZone?
-
- I have in my .ini file:
-
- [Miscellaneous]
- TimeZone=EST500
-
- which looked ok according to the readme.txt.
-
- 4. Create a file named EUDORA.INI in your Eudora directory that you created
- in Step 1:
-
- [Miscellaneous]
- TimeZone=xxxnnnyyy
-
- where xxx, yyy are timezone abbreviations like PST, PDT, CDT, and nnn is
- the offset in hours WEST of GMT (i.e those that are east of GMT should
- enter a negative number here). xxx is the timezone during Standard Time
- and yyy is the timezone during Daylight Savings Time. If you do not
- change your clocks during Daylight Savings Time, leave yyy blank.
-
-
- I'm in stupid Indiana which doesn't do Daylight Savings Time. I assumed I
- needed 500, maybe that's wrong. The assumption came from the date line in
- standard mail
-
- Date: Wed, 9 Feb 1994 06:00:04 -0500
-
- Anyway, the first email I send with Eudora gives me a popup complaining about
- the TimeZone variable. Thanks for any help.
